This is a great idea. I need him in my booth also. Mm

Hey Stan,

This topic came up at the board meeting last week. In addition to having a booth for BMWMCON, Nashville Motos has asked if we can help cover their booth. Especially, during their work hours. Of course we said yes.

Sounds like we need to coordinate efforts a bit. How did you get involved? I think Ray Moss is the primary.

I'm driving the golf cart on Saturday. Does that count?

Merry Christmas,

John (Skip) Neuhoff

As you are all aware the MOA national rally is in beautiful downtown Lebanon next year, June 19-21, and I have agreed to chair the Hospitality committee. I live in Lebanon so it may not be much of a stretch.

I am sure that the club will have some inputs into the rally, but I am going to ask for some volunteers to staff the hospitality booth. The local chamber is going to provide brochures for restaurants, local sights and other related material. Our objective will be to answer any questions that we can and pass along that info along with our own personal knowledge. We will co-exist with volunteers that will provide ride info, gpx files, etc.

I envision 1-2 people at any given time. I plan to be there a lot of the time since I am close and won't feel compelled to be riding.

Time slots will be flexible and will probably be 4 hour shifts give or take. I am going to be in touch with the Chamber to see if they plan to have anyone available as well.

The MOA is starting to crank up the volunteer sheets after the New Year. I know it is six months off, but would like to get some commitments soon.

Please consider and let me know if you would like to pitch in. Attached is a rough draft of the sign up sheet.

More to follow.
