MOA National Rally Hospitality booth

Keith can you please spell out for me exactly what I am to do and what days / times.
I realize I have to register as a guest for each of the days I am  “carting” and that fine so long as I know what’s expected of me.   Can you also send a link for me to register.  I presume you will tell me where to show up also.

Hey Stanley, I’ve already volunteered driving VIP’s around in golf cart. It’ll be a hard gig but someone has to do it…

Stanley,
I'll join you on the  3 shifts that you've signed up for.  Just show me what to do.

This is a follow up to my previous email regarding the MOA national rally is in Lebanon June 19-21

As a club we are committing to aid in the rally. I am asking for volunteers to staff the hospitality booth. The local chamber is going to provide brochures for restaurants, local sights and other related material. Our objective will be to answer any questions that we can and pass along that info along with our own personal knowledge. We will co-exist with ride volunteers that will provide ride info, gpx files, etc.

We plan to have 2-3 volunteers available per shift and will be 3 hour shifts. I am going to be in touch with the Chamber to see if they plan to have anyone available as well.

Several of you have already committed your services. It is getting closer so we need to start filling in the actual time slots. I plan to be there on the first shift daily if I can crawl of my bed and drive the 3 miles. Feel free to take more than one slot if you wish.

I added a link to the on line sign up genius below. Not 100% sure you can use it since I was not the originator, but give a try. Worse case I also attached a copy of the sign up sheet. If you cannot use the link just let me know what slot(s) you wish to take.

Please consider and let me know if you would like to pitch in.

Thanks,,

Stanley
