I struggle to remember people's names. Only seeing them every month or so doesn't make it any easier. I suspect I'm not the only one that could benefit from everyone wearing name tags. If I had my way, everyone would have their name tattooed on their forehead. But I don't see that being very popular.
So, we have put together a little promotion to encourage wearing name tags. The details are below but the essence of it is that there will be a separate drawing at our meetings that you can only win if you have on your name tag. Also, name tags will be half price, $10, until the end of the year. Usually, they are $20.
We also improved the open drawing so that the club will cover your dinner. Rather than some of the door prizes that had become a bit stale.
So, 2 drawings at each meeting. 1 is open to all, the 2nd is only open to those wearing their name tags.

In an effort to promote community among our members, a promotion will be put in place that runs through the end of the year. This will include discounted name tags and monthly meeting prizes that will only be available to those wearing their name tags. The prize will be in addition to a giveaway available to all that are registered for the meeting. The drawing will continue at least through 2026.
The promotional price for your tag will be $10 and will include a small additional fee if a bank card is used. At the first of the year the price will return to $20.
The name tag drawings will start at the first of the year to allow members adequate time to get their tags. Use the following link to order your name tag, Order BMWMCON Name Tag Or, there is a link on the home page of the web site.
General prize- the winner of the drawing will have their dinner covered by the club. You must be registered to win. Payment will be in the form of a $25 cash gift certificate. The name of winner of the gift card will be replaced in the pool for the Name Tag Prize drawing. There may be other prizes substituted from time to time.
Name Tag prize- the winner of this drawing will receive a $50 gift certificate to Nashville Motos. The drawing will be from those registered for the meeting and that have a plastic name tag on. Handwritten tags do not qualify. If there has not been a winner after 3 tries, the gift certificate will be carried over to the following month. For example: if there were no winner at a meeting, the following meeting drawing would be for 2 certificates ($100). This will continue until there is a winner.
